ARMORGARD
We can warrant that the product will be free from defect in workmanship for a period of 12 months, except in relation to any gas strut or lock forming part of the goods. Further exclusions may apply.

ALTRAD BELLE
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty. Further exclusions may apply.

BETA TOOLS
Most Beta products are guaranteed for Life against a fault developing in either the materials or the workmanship of manufacture. The guarantee period differs depending on the category of product purchased. Quite simply means all Beta Products (Except Footwear & Workwear) are guaranteed to be free of defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship from now until the end of time. Naturally fair wear & tear is not covered. Footwear & Workwear is Guaranteed for 3 months. Further exclusions may apply.

BROUGHTON
All products are covered by a 2 year warranty. Further exclusions may apply.

BUCKLER BOOTS
Every attempt will be made to replace faulty items with a like for like replacement free of charge. In the event that this is not possible, a credit will be issued. In all other aspects credits will only be issued at the discretion of Buckler Boots, please allow approximately 14 working days for a warranty decision from Buckler Boots (please contact us for full details on how to return your boots under warranty). DEWALT
Most Dewalt tools come with a 1 year warranty which can be extended to 3 years with online registration. Further exclusions may apply.

ELECTRO-WIND
All Electro-Wind transformers and site electrics are carefully checked, tested and are subject to the stringent controls of Electro-Wind’s Quality Assurance. Electro-Wind therefore offers a 1 year free guarantee on all of its products. Further exclusions may apply.

HUSQVARNA
Chain Saws, Brushcutters, Grass Trimmers, Blowers, Hedge Cutters, Lawn Mowers, Long Reach Tools, Combi Tools, Tillers carry a 12 month warranty, extended to 24 months if the product has been registered. *Riders carry a 12 month warranty, extended to 36 months if the product has been registered and serviced annually by an authorised Husqvarna dealer (excludes professional users). *Tractors carry a 12 month warranty, extended to 24 months if the product has been registered and serviced annually by an authorised Husqvarna dealer (excludes professional users). *Zero-turn carry a 12 month warranty, extended to 24 months if the product has been registered and serviced annually by an authorised Husqvarna dealer (excludes professional users). Commerical P500 series carry a 12 month warranty. **Automowers will be supplied with a 3 year warranty. To maintain the 3 year warranty, the machine must be serviced annually in accordance with the operators manual by an Authorised Husqvarna Dealer. Husqvarna provide a one year manufacturer’s warranty on all machines. With this purchase you are eligible to an extended two years when your machine is registered by an Authorised Husqvarna Dealer. The following tools are subject to a 2 year warranty: Line Lasers, Laser Distance Measurers and Digital Levels. 5 year warranty is offered for the Rotating Laser range. 1 year warranty on all other items. Further exclusions may apply.

MAKITA
Every Makita product is thoroughly inspected before they leave the factory and can be guaranteed to be free of defects, in both workmanship and materials, for a period of one year beginning the date of the products original purchase. The warranty period of your Makita tool may be extended to an additional 2 years subject to the further conditions. Further exclusions may apply.

MOUNTFIELD
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase by the consumer. The warranty is not transferrable. Warranty periods are those effective at the time of purchase and published in Mountfield literature and on our websites.  Warranties are conditional on the product being used domestically and being serviced at the recommended intervals. For products used commercially (i.e. for hire or by contractors, local councils, caravan sites, water authorities, or any similar use where the machine is employed for financial gain or is instrumental in being employed on properties being used for financial gain) the warranty period will be 90 days. Batteries and battery chargers on all products carry a 12 months warranty, except for the 24V, 48V and 80V Lithium-Ion products that carry a 2 year warranty. Should a product be replaced under warranty, the warranty period will remain effective from the original date of purchase. Qualifying Mountfield lawnmowers will carry a 3-year or 5-year conditional warranty from the date of purchase when used domestically.  This warranty is not transferable. To maintain your warranty your machine must be serviced by a Mountfield authorised service centre. Your local centre can be found at www.mountfieldlawnmowers.co.uk or www.servicelink.org.uk To maintain a 3 or 5 year warranty the machine must be serviced before the end of the 2nd year of ownership and annually thereafter. All Sealey products are covered by a minimum 1 year parts and labour guarantee. Hand Tools are covered by a no-quibble lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Domestic Use - All STIHL Products including batteries & chargers shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, when used for the designed purpose of that product by Domestic users. Further exclusions may apply.
Professional Use - All STIHL Products shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 1** year from the date of purchase to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, when used for the designated purpose of that product by semi-professional and professional users (including Hire, Rental and Construction Industry, Farm and Estate). **STIHL AP System Tools, Batteries and Battery products are covered for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the Owner, when used for the designed purpose of that product by Professional Users (including Hire, Rental and Construction Industry, Farm and Estate). STIHL Pressure Washers - All STIHL high pressure cleaners offer a one year extension to the standard STIHL warranty terms. Therefore, when purchasing a model from our range, all domestic users will receive a 3 year warranty (2+1), while semi-professional and professional users are entitled to a 2 year warranty (1+1). TARPAFLEX
All products are guaranteed brand new and free from defect at first use. We do not guarantee a lifespan to our products, although a limited UV warranty is offered on some of our heavy duty tarpaulin options as follows:
250gsm Green/Brown tarpaulins - 1 year UV warranty.
270gsm Black/Silver tarpaulins - 18 month UV warranty.
350gsm Blue/Beige tarpaulins - 2 year UV warranty.
560gsm PVC tarpaulins - 2 year UV warranty.
A 1 year UV warranty is also offered on our full range of Debris Netting. This limited UV warranty guarantees that the product will not fail as a result of UV within the specified timeframe from date of invoice. The warranty excludes discolouration and UV degradation, some degradation may occur but if a tarpaulin is no longer waterproof this is deemed failure. The warranty not cover wear and tear or damage caused by weather conditions. The warranty is subject to use in UK conditions only. If a product should fail as a result of UV within the specified timeframe, our sole remedy will be to replace that product. In the event of the original product being unavailable, a suitable alternative will be offered. All products independently tested, Jan 2016.
