What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The TengTools 64" PRO35 roller cabinet TSW64R15 in a matte red finish is a robust and comprehensive mobile tool storage solution designed for professionals. With dimensions of 1633 mm in width, 460mm in depth, 974mm in height (1163mm in height with castors mounted), it offers ample space and is engineered to facilitate organization and efficiency in demanding work environments. It features 15 fully extendable drawers measuring 380mm in depth that come in different heights and widths, including twelve 75mm, one 312mm, and two 154mm tall drawers. The width of the drawers are 26” (575mm) and 37” (860mm) to accommodate a broad range of tools. Each drawer can handle weights from 25kg to 40kg, ensuring heavy tools are stored safely and diverse storage needs are met.
The cabinet's compatibility with the TengTools Tool Control System allows for customized tool arrangements. The 26" drawers can hold combinations equivalent to four TC1 modules plus a TTX4 module, while the 37" drawers can accommodate combinations equivalent to six TC1 modules along with one TCX4 module and a TCX2 module. All drawers feature smooth running ball bearing slides and are lined with noise reducing EVA mats to protect the tools and drawers. The heavy-duty castors, comprising two 6" braked swivel castors and two 6" fixed castors, ensure easy mobility and stable positioning. For security, the cabinet is equipped with a 3-digit combination lock. The cabinet features a 3-piece heavy gauge steel frame construction and is finished with a 5-step phosphate-free rust prevention process ensuring durability and longevity. A strategically placed handle with a comfort grip on the side of the cabinet improves control and ease of movement, and holes for accessories on both sides add to its versatility. The cabinet is completed with a hard-wearing laminated MDF worktop suitable for various tasks.
