What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Powerful, robust pressure washer with extensive comfort features. Brushless induction motor, high-quality aluminium pump and steel- reinforced high-pressure hose. Compact design with extendable aluminium telescopic handle. Folding side storage compartment with integrated nozzle and power cable compartment. Hard-wearing, steel-reinforced 10m high-pressure hose with quick- release coupling. With hose reel (PLUS) and robust aluminium hose guide for particularly easy handling and storage of the high-pressure hose.
Rotary nozzle
Powerful rotary nozzle for tackling stubborn dirt on hard-wearing surfaces. The rotary motion combines the cleaning power of a concentrated pencil jet with the capacity to clean large areas.
Integrated wheel kit
The integrated wheel kit allows the high-pressure cleaner to be manoeuvred comfortably. The tool’s large wheels can even handle stairs and rough terrain.
Fan jet nozzle, adjustable pressure
Fan jet nozzle with pressure regulation to clean different types of surfaces quickly and effectively.
Hose reel
As a PLUS model, the RE 140 PLUS features a hose reel to store the high-pressure hose in an extremely easy and practical way. The hose guide (wind-up assistance) makes winding the hose up a breeze – it can even be done with one hand.
Cable hook
The two cable hooks allow the cable to be wound up and stored neatly and securely on the tool. The rotatable orange cable hook enables release of the entire cable in one go – gone are the days of tedious unwinding.
Cleaning agent spray set with measuring system
The spray set delivered with the tool makes it possible to add cleaning agent to the spray jet in order to tackle stubborn dirt. The spray set is also easy to attach to the spray lance.
Induction motor
The sturdy, brushless induction motor offers superb performance and long service life.
Quick-release coupling
The quick-release coupling, used for connecting the high-pressure hose to the tool, makes assembly easier and reduces setup time.
360 degree quick-release coupling
The anti-drill and quick-release coupling makes setting up the high-pressure cleaner easier and prevents the high-pressure hose from tangling while you work, allowing the full length of the hose to be used.
Rotating spray lance
The rotating spray lance allows adjustment of the high-power spray to perfectly suit any working conditions.
Park position
The assembled lance can be mounted on the tool when taking breaks from working and when storing the gun for a longer period. All tools also feature a holder for storing the high-pressure trigger.
Steel reinforced high pressure hose
The high pressure hose is reinforced with steel making it very durable and longer lasting.
