What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The MSA200C-B cordless electric chainsaw combines high torque and impressive cutting capacity, it is great for a range of tasks from garden maintenance and cutting firewood through to hedgelaying and wood working There is no need to worry about the level of noise that the MSA 200 creates, the quiet EC motor allows you to work in noise sensitive areas without creating a fuss. STIHL has developed a 1/4" PM3 saw chain, especially for the MSA200 cordless electric chainsaw, which achieves outstanding cutting power and smooth running behaviour. Oil consumption can be reduced by up to 50%, with the Ematic chain lubrication system which provides maximum lubrication and longer wear.
Toolless Filler Cap
The tank can be filled quickly and easily using the toolless filler cap.
Stihl Electric Motor
The STIHL electric motor (EC) is extremely energy efficient, lightweight and compact. It runs quietly, generates very low vibrations and does not require servicing.
Side Chain Tensioner
The tensioning screw can be found on the side of the chain saw through the sprocket cover. This removes the need for contact with the sharp saw chain.
QuickStop Super Chain Brake (Q)
The QuickStop Super chain brake is an additional braking system. The system is activated as soon as the operator's hand comes out of contact with the rear handle.

I have cut 12" oak & ash, all woods not a problem.
2x AP300 batteries plus I have a AL500 charger which charges in 25 minutes, if that.
I also have the battery belt which is excellent.
Get one of these Stihl's, you won't regret it, it's my best purchase of 2016.
