The KMA200R is the most powerful battery-powered KombMotor from STIHL. With 12% higher maximum RPM and 50% more power compared to the KMA135R, it’s designed for professionals taking on the most demanding gardening, landscaping and maintenance tasks throughout the working day.

The KMA200R is powered by a battery, meaning it has low noise emission - making it ideal for work in noise-sensitive areas such as schools, hospitals and quiet neighbourhoods. It's powered by a 36-volt lithium-ion battery and is quiet, efficient and powerful enough to tackle a variety of tasks - whether it's pruning, trimming, mowing, clearing or cutting!

Compatible with all KombiTools (except FS-KM and FSB-KM), attaching and changing tools is made simple too - all you need to do is insert your desired tool into the shaft and tighten to secure it in place. For mowing tasks, the KMA200R must be used with the FSS-KM grass trimmer attachment, which has a larger 45cm cutting diameter and complies with noise regulations.

Fitted with a new style loop handle that has a quick-mounting system, meaning you can adjust the handle to your height for an ergonomic working position. This handle also makes tackling tasks on slopes, around trees or on uneven terrains even easier. It's also fitted with an adjustable harness point for reducing fatigue and optimising balance. The KMA200R has a powerful brushless EC motor and speed-adjustment on the control handle, which can be set at 3 different speed settings (6300, 8200, 9500 RPM) depending on the task you're doing. It’s also fitted with an LED display as well as infinitely variable speed control. The air filter on the housing ensures that the engine is kept cool during work, improving the service life of the brushcutter. It's easy to remove and clean too.

You can use any of the AP batteries with the KMA200R, however, working times will vary depending on which attachment you use with it. The AP500S battery will give you the longest working times but is also the heaviest of the AP batteries, so you may decide to choose a smaller capacity battery if you are going to be using the tool for a longer period of time, such as when hedge trimming. IPX4 certified - can be used in all weather conditions.

Battery Compartment In The Engine Housing
Direct power supply to the tool. With this tool, you can insert the required battery from the STIHL AP System directly into the engine housing. This increases your mobility and flexibility when working.

EC Engine
Low-maintenance and efficient. Thanks to its compact design, low weight and high efficiency, the EC engine enables you to work in an energy efficient manner. This engine also has a long service life.

Metal Mesh Air Filter
The air filter with fine metal mesh cleans the air and in this way ensures optimum engine cooling. As it is easy to clean, it also offers a long service life.

Loop Handle With Bar
The loop handle ensures good manoeuvrability of your tool, even in confined spaces. The bar protects you by ensuring your feet and legs cannot come too close to blades or mowing heads during work.

Single-Handle Multi-Function Handle
Quickly and conveniently adjust the speed of your tool to the respective work situation. Doing so reduces energy consumption at low speeds, and in this way extends the battery runtime. The practical control handle with speed control allows you to make the relevant adjustment without having to change your grip or pause work.

Fleet Management With The Smart Connector
Thanks to STIHL connected, you always have an overview of your tool fleet and can automatically receive tool data such as age, operating hours, and maintenance status. This allows you to determine the ideal fleet size based on digital information, as it makes clear how the tool fleet is being used. The Smart Connector collects the required data and transfers it to a tool. All recorded tool data is available for viewing and evaluation in the STIHL connected App and the STIHL connected Portal.

Constant Power
Battery-powered tools from STIHL have constant power, meaning the performance of your battery tool will not decrease during work as the battery discharges. Intelligent electronics means your tool will work with consistently high power until there is no energy left in the battery.
