What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

The STIHL KMA120R is a battery-powered KombiMotor designed for professionals taking on a variety of gardening, landscaping and maintenance tasks throughout the working day. The KMA120R is battery powered meaning it has low noise emission - making it ideal for work in noise-sensitive areas such as schools, hospitals and quiet neighbourhoods. It’s powered by a 36-volt lithium-ion battery and is quiet, efficient and powerful enough to tackle a variety of tasks - whether it’s pruning, trimming, mowing, clearing or cutting! Compatible with all KombiTools (except FSB-KM), attaching and changing tools is made simple too - all you need to do is insert your desired tool into the shaft and tighten to secure it in place.
Fitted with a new style loop handle that has a quick-mounting system, meaning you can adjust the handle to your height for an ergonomic working position. This handle also makes tackling tasks on slopes, around trees or on uneven terrains even easier. The KMA120R has a powerful brushless EC motor and speed-adjustment on the control handle, which can be set at 2 different speed settings. There is an ECO mode (level 1), for KombiTools suited to simple tasks such as trimming lawn edges, which results in lower energy consumption for extended battery life. And there is full speed mode (level 2), for KombiTools suited to tasks that need more power, such as clearing leaves which requires extra battery energy. However, depending on the KombiTool attached, the speed adjustment can also be infinitely variable.
Battery Slot
AP batteries can be inserted directly into the battery slot. This will make your work even more mobile and flexible.
Stihl Electric Motor
The STIHL electric motor (EC) is extremely energy efficient, lightweight and compact. It runs quietly, generates very low vibrations and not require servicing.
Operating Handle
Depending on the task, the maximum speed can be regulated in three stages. This saves energy and extends the battery life. The operating handle has "Operator Presence Control" with self-resetting locking lever, preventing unintentional starting of the device.
Loop Handle
The loop handled grass trimmers and brushcutters are ideal for working in areas where space is limited, e.g. thinning between bushes and shrubs.
