What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Powerful cordless pole pruner. Quiet and low-vibration. For professional use in tree maintenance, orchards and local authorities. For pruning trees, removing dead wood and breakage from storms, and for cutting back fruit trees. 1/4" PM3 saw chain, lightweight and compact power head with sturdy branch hook for easy removal of loose cuttings from the tree. Rigid shaft to help with guidance and a clean and precise cut. Rapid length adjustment with quick release mechanism. Total length 270 - 390cm.
Sturdy Branch Hook
After pruning, loose clippings can be easily removed from the tree with the branch hook.
Stihl EC-Motor
The STIHL brushless electric motor (EC) is very energy efficient and practically maintenance free. Thanks to its outstanding efficiency, the battery power is directly translated into impressive performance. During operation, the electronically controlled EC motor permanently monitors the load and adjusts the engine accordingly.
Ergonomic Control Handle
The HTA66 has a locking lever, ERGO lever and main trigger lever. The locking lever is self-resetting and prevents unintentional switching on of the device. When the ERGO lever and shift lever are pressed, you can work continuously with ease.
Perfectly Balanced
The battery in the shaft of the HTA enables balance during use and allows for fatigue-free work.
Side Chain Tensioner
The chain tensioner is located on the side to prevent contact with the chain when adjustments are made.
Tool-Less Oil Cap
Patented cap for the oil tank, the tank can be quickly opened and closed without effort and tools.
Telescopic Shaft
