What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Stihl HTA160 36v Cordless Telescopic Pole Pruner 12" BODY ONLY
The STIHL HTA160 battery-powered pole pruner is ideal for professionals working in forestry, landscaping, and orchards. Fitted with a short, rigid shaft for efficient work in these environments, it’s capable of pruning, thinning and general maintenance of branches up to 20cm in diameter. The HTA160 is battery powered - meaning it has low noise emissions, making it ideal for use in noise sensitive areas such as at hospitals, schools and housing estates too. The STIHL HTA160 is powered by lithium-ion batteries from the STIHL AP System and features a powerful EC motor plus a lightweight and robust magnesium transmission. For maximum cutting performance, the HTA160 is fitted with a 3/8" P Picco Micro 3 (PM3) chain as standard but can also be fitted with a 1/4" P Picco Micro 3 (PM3) chain which is ideal for maintaining fruit trees.
Fitted with a loop handle, the HTA160 has excellent ergonomics for precise control during work. The low weight of the cutting head makes manoeuvring between cuts easier too. It's fitted with a sturdy branch hook too for gripping and removing loose cuttings. The control handle of the HTA160 has an LED display for convenient control of the pole pruner too. The HTA160 comes with a protective foot as standard for protecting the motor casing from making contact with the ground. The air filter on the housing ensures that the engine is kept cool during work, improving the service life of the pole pruner. It also has a mounting point for the STIHL Smart Connector 2A on the power tool housing. Total length adjustable between 285 - 405cm.
Telescopic Shaft
This telescopic shaft has a square tube for particularly precise cuts. This offers a particularly high rigidity of the shaft when extended and thus supports exact positioning and precise execution when sawing branches at greater distances.
Stihl Electric Motor
The STIHL electric motor (EC) is extremely energy efficient, lightweight and compact. It runs quietly, generates very low vibrations and does not require servicing.
Protective Foot
The protective foot protects the housing from contact with the floor.
