What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. At just 2.3kg, Stihl's lightest hedge trimmer, the cordless HSA45, is the perfect toll for light maintenance around the garden. With a cutting capacity of 8mm and an impressive 40 minute runtime, this perfectly balanced hedge trimmer is designed to keep shrubs and hedges looking at their best. Powered by an 18v integrated Lithium-Ion battery, the double sided, single-edged cutting blades work smoothly and effciently to trim thinner, annual growth.
Compact & Ergonomic
The integrated battery cells mean that the tool is optimally balanced. The HSA is easy to handle. Its streamlined design creates plenty of room for manoeuvre.
Soft Handle
Thanks to the two-hand control device and soft handle with lever lock function and lever, the user always has the cordless hedge trimmer safely under control.
Tip Protector With Hanging Eye
The tip protector protects the tip of the cutter bar against damage when working close to walls and the ground. The hedge trimmer tip protector is fitted with an integrated hanging eye for wall mounting.
Charge Level Indicator
The remaining working or charging time can be viewed at any time by pressing the button. Four LEDs light up, or flash green or red, to indicate the charging state or problems.
Activation Key
The tool can only be used with the activation key. If the key is removed, the tool switches off to guard against unintentional activation. The tool can be safely stored and transported.
Charger Cable
The Stihl HSA45 draws its power from an integrated 18V lithium-ion battery. The battery is easily charged using the charger cable.
Quiet Technology
The Stihl Compact Cordless System tools are so quiet you don't even need to wear ear protection.
Trimming System
The single-sided precision-ground and double-sided cutting blades produce a very clean cut when trimming hedges. The 33° cutting angle delivers excellent cutting performance. The blade teeth geometry allows cutting of twigs up to 8mm thick.
