What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The SIP 5-in-1 Air Conditioner 14,000BTU is a multi-purpose mobile air conditioning unit designed to effectively circulate cool and hot air to maintain a consistent temperature in a variety of indoor spaces. 5 low noise operating modes include cooling, heating, dehumidify, fan and automatic, offering year-round application use. An auto swing function helps to distribute air evenly. For added convenience, a remote control allows easy navigation through the different operating modes and settings, while a front panel LED display indicates room temperature and is visible at night or in darkened rooms. Applications & uses: Provides cool and hot air conditioning to indoor spaces. Humidity control using dehumidifier mode. Ideal for office, home and workshop environments.
Features
Five powerful operating modes at high BTU rates for effective air conditioning: Cool Mode offers an adjustable target temperature down to 15°C (14,000BTU / 4kW). Heat Mode has an adjustable output temperature of up to 31°C (10,000BTU / 3kW).
Dehumidifier Mode removes moisture from the air with max. capacity of 1.5ltr/hr (external collection required). Fan Mode operates as a 3-speed cooling fan without engaging the climate control functions. Auto Mode engages the internal temperature sensor to initiate either the heat, cool or fan modes based on the temperature parameters set by the user. A timer, sleep mode and child lock function can also be selected.
Intuitive digital control panel allows easy navigation through modes and settings: The remote control provides additional user convenience. Front panel LED display indicates room temperature and is visible at night or in darkened rooms.
Castor design allows unit to be easily moved and positioned between locations for use: Allows full movement in a variety of rooms and spaces for added flexibility.
Accessories supplied: An attachable 1.5mtr expanding air duct and window adaptor allows hot air to be discharged outside.
