✓ Once you have placed your order for your new Ride On Lawn Mower it will be put on to our build schedule & we will start the PDI process within 2-3 days.

✓ Firstly we will carefully unbox it and visually check it all over making sure there are no cosmetic defects.

✓ We will then add a small amount of fuel and oil to the engine and move it to our dedicated assembly area.....

✓ We will now start to assemble your machine in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines.

✓ Assembly includes fitting the seat & steering wheel, installing the cutting deck & checking the tyre pressures.

✓ Our tick checklist is then completed by our technician to ensure everything is fully completed.

✓ If you have ordered any extras (anti-puncture tyre sealant, mulch plug or trailer hitch) these will now be fitted.....

✓ Now that all the parts have been physically fitted we test all controls & working mechanisms to ensure they are in perfect working order.

✓ We will then contact you to confirm which delivery method will be used based on your location and prepare the machine for delivery which is normally within 5-10 days.

✓ We use two methods for delivery, our own delivery vehicles or a specialised courier company. 99% of our deliveries are now made using our own delivery vehicles.....

✓ On the arranged delivery day you will receive a phone call from the driver letting you know an approximate time to expect your delivery.

✓ When our own delivery vehicles are used the driver will remove your new Ride On Lawn Mower off the trailer and drive it to an area at your property, this area is at the discretion of our driver.

✓ When a specialised courier company is used the driver will remove your new Ride On Lawn Mower with a forklift and place it kerbside. It will then be the customer's responsibility to remove it from the pallet.
