What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Mountfield Princess 38Li 48v Freedom 500 Cordless Lawn Mower 38cm
The Mountfield 48v Princess 38Li cordless lawnmower has no mains electric cable to drag behind you or get snagged in plants and garden furniture, or worse still get cut by the blade. Simply click your battery into place and you're ready to mow. You'll get nearly an hour's mowing from just one charge of the 2 x 2Ah batteries - (a class leading Lithium-Ion power pack, that's supplied with charger as standard). If required, once you have used the first battery you can then put it on charge and use the second battery, and then put the first battery that has been on charge back in the mower when the second is exhausted and continue to mow. You can continue to cycle the batteries in this way to enable you to keep working. The DigiTorq brushless motor also has intelligent energy-saving technology to maximise performance.
The Princess 38Li has a vision window, so you can see when the 40L capacity collector is full. If you don't want to collect, your grass clippings can be discharged via the rear deflector or insert the mulching plug supplied, to blow cuttings deep into the turf and return valuable nutrients to the soil. Height of cut is also easy to adjust through a lever. From the fully folding handles to the large diameter rear wheels and integrated rear roller, this is a premium quality cordless mower. The underside of the cutting deck features an anti-scalp comb, which improves the cutting finish and enhances collection. The rear roller between the wheels gives that desirable striped effect when used on the lower cutting heights. The rear roller has the additional benefit of preventing scalping when cutting close to the edge of the lawn.
