What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Newly designed, sturdy yet lightweight protective helmet with ear protection. The helmet can be adjusted in several ways to suit your particular needs. A new, innovative ventilation system generates a comfortable temperature for your head. The visor has been re-designed for better protection of your face and, above all, give you perfect visibility both when folded up or down. Hearing protection with FM radio is optional and a head lamp slot is integrated into the helmet. One hand ratchet allows the user to fast and easy adjust the size of the helmet with one hand, while wearing it. The unique design provides a fully free vision with the visor in upper position. A ventilation system with extra wide holes for comfortable head temperature. The holes are covered by a metal mesh to prevent dirt and water from passing through.
The helmet's protective capability decreases when exposed to UV light. (Sunlight). The UV expire indicator shows the current condition of the helmet and lets you know when it is time to replace it. Reflective areas on all angles of the helmet. This to ensure that you are visible regardless of your position, while working under darker conditions. A comfortable 6-point harness in textile for comfort and less pressure. Etched visor to achieve low weight and low light reduction. Adjustable hearing protectors vertically. Hearing protectors adjustable in "Stand-by". This product is approved according to KWF Profi.
