What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).

If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Battery pole saw for professionals with long 4m reach and performance that surpasses petrol equivalents. Our in-house developed, advanced brushless motor is 25 % more efficient than a standard brush motor. This means that the motor provides a high and consistent torque. The 36V Li-ion battery back provides an equally high power, reliable operation and long lifetime as petrol-driven machines - without any direct emissions. Also, you get as much done on a single charge, as you would manage on one tank of petrol.
The noise level from our battery machines are up to 13 dB(A) lower than a petrol machine - which is a huge difference. A reduction of 3 dB(A) is usually perceived as a halving of the noise level. This makes work a lot more pleasant for you - and also allows you to work in the most public of settings. Our battery accessories allow you to carry on and get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The 36V Li-ion battery pack is designed for demanding, long lasting professional use.
