What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

Faithfull Cobalt Quick-Change Impact Drill Bits feature a revolutionary tip design far superior to any other drill bit in the industry. These innovative drill bits have 7 cutting edges and 3 peaks that offer several distinct competitive advantages: Super-accurate self-centring - you can make a hole in a round-pipe with one hand. Speed - twice as fast as split point drill bits. Tool lifetime - up to 10 times longer life in mild steel.
Manufactured from M35 HSSE grade steel with a 5% cobalt content for increased heat resistance. The cutting performance is fantastic, both on precision and degree of finish, leaving much less defects (burr) than other drill bits. Its protruding centre tip acts like a pilot drill, enabling super-accurate positioning and stops the drill from wandering.
These bits are impact rated and have a 1/4in quick-change shank for use in impact drivers. Produced in accordance to DIN 338 and DIN 3126-E6.3, for high precision tolerances and geometric accuracy. Ideal for heavy-duty industrial work in alloy steels, carbon steels, cast iron, hardened alloy steels, stainless steels, high-temperature alloys, titanium alloy, high strength steel and carbon fibre composite materials. Supplied in a handy plastic case.
