Very durable, manufactured from 25mm steel tube. Perfect for warehouses and regular or industrial use.
The extra wide range is based on the most popular industrial line of warehouse steps, with an extra wide platform width. Suitable for all construction, retail, commercial, office, warehouse and even military applications. Each step has a gap between or rise of 250mm, the 7 tread models and upwards have a 150mm high toe plate to the rear and sides of the platform. The back pulpit rail on the platform is 1000mm high and 950mm high at the sides.

Wheels & Castors
2 Tread Steps – are manufactured with 4 plunger castors.
3 To 6 Tread Steps – are manufactured with large castors at 125mm and small wheels at 160mm.
7 To 15 Tread Steps – are manufactured with large castors at 125mm and large wheels at 200mm.

Brake Type
2 Tread Steps – have 4 Self Weight Retractable Plunger Castors.
3 Tread Steps – have a Side Handle Braking System.
4 Tread Steps and above – have Central Bar Braking System.

Treads
There are two options for treads, the standard and most popular tread type is the punched metal treads, with ergonomically designed pattern for maximum grip.
Another option is the PVC Treads; these are less wearing on softer soled shoes and are ideal for office environments.

Finish
Comes in Blue with a Green handled braking system, or Red with a Yellow handled braking system.
The Powder Coated Finish is not only scratch resistant but also has UV properties; providing a longer life span, which is also suitable for outdoor use.

These warehouse steps are available in various tread sizes and working heights as well as being available in either blue or red as standard. Please see the table below for specifications of the different variants.

Working Height – This is shown as a general guide between waist height and just above the shoulders of the average person, approximately 750mm range.
Overall Width – The main framework of the step is 750mm wide; the overall width shown below is taken at the widest point, the axle, at the rear of the step.
Platform Size – As standard this consists of two treads giving a total working area of 700mm x 400mm deep.
Packing Information – When your step arrives with you, it will be fully assembled as per the pictures above! It will have a small amount of foam protection on the top pulpit rail.
