What Our Delivery Terms Mean
Usually Delivered In.....
This means stock is delivered to us which we then forward on to our customer OR stock is delivered directly from our supplier / manufacturer to our customer. This is dependent on size & weight of items. Delivery will be within days shown. Please note we regularly update our website but cannot always guarantee our suppliers have products in stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.
In Stock - Ready For Dispatch**
This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse. Typically dispatched same working day if order placed before before 2:30pm. **Usually delivered in 1-2 working days (weight restrictions may apply). If you require next working day delivery please select option at checkout (if available).
Pre-Order
Some of our products can be bought on a Pre-Order basis, this will be shown on individual product pages if available. Pre-Order products are normally 'soon to be released' items or stock which is awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. Delivery times are provided by manufactures & will be shown on individual product pages, these are for guidance only & can change without prior notice.

Most of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally an hours delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text / email or you can request your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour. We also use other pallet / courier services where sometimes tracking information is not available.

Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.

The dealer (elastic sided, pull on) boot style was the signature product when the Buckbootz safety footwear range was launched in 1998. Since that time we have introduced many additional features to the dealer boot concept but up until now and for obvious reasons, the one dealer boot design feature which eluded safety footwear designers had been the provision of ankle support and protection.
After two years of constant design development and wear testing Buckbootz announces a major breakthrough in dealer boot design with the pre-spring launch of a sensational new dealer boot: bANg guardz.
Like many good ideas the solution to providing ankle protection on a dealer style is a simple one: build the stretch area into the top part of the front of the boot to enable the ankle protection to be built into the sides. However, that is only the beginning of the story. The real test is in perfecting the boot upper design and components combination so that all the wearer convenience of a normal dealer boot design is not compromised. Getting that right has brought an impressive bonus: you would not believe how comfortable the bANg guardz dealer boot style is, nor its lace style stable mate.
