Status Update

UPDATED 16th June 2022

Our guideline for deliveries of items showing "In Stock - Ready For Dispatch" that we physically have in our warehouse is now within 1-2 working days and items not in our stocks are displayed on individual product pages. This varies depending on the brand/supplier i.e. Usually Delivered In 2-3 Days, Usually Delivered In 3-5 Days.
All of our deliveries from our warehouse are made by DPD couriers, couriers will not usually ask for a signature, but instead take an image of the delivered parcel, so as to make a contactless delivery.
We apologise for any delay you may experience past our quoted times. Most deliveries are occurring within our stated times, but due to an unprecedented amount of online orders during this time some couriers have reported delays which will occur and are out of our control.
Please note that our couriers DPD have not reported any major disruptions in their network, there have been only occasional slight delays.

Global Stock & Product Availability
Ongoing global supply chains are experiencing large scale disruption meaning that some of our stock is very limited. Our current stock availability & delivery times are up to date on our website, this is updated daily, but some delays may still occur which is out of our control, we apologise in advance for this.
We are working hard with all our suppliers to provide accurate delivery times.

Our phone lines are open 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday & 8:30am - 2:30pm Saturday.
We will deal with all email enquiries within 1-2 working days, although many are answered quicker than this.

Our Store
Our store is open for in store purchases as well as Click & Collect orders.
The government has removed remaining domestic restrictions in England. There are still steps you can take to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19. Perspex screens are still in place on our trade counter.
We recommend placing Click & Collect orders where possible.

Deliveries into Europe & Overseas - UPDATED 26th January 2021
Placing online orders for delivery into the EU, including ROI has currently been suspended.
Due to the current backlog at UK ports, and the closure of some ports and borders into Europe, we have taken the difficult decision to make this unavailable for a period of time.
We would not like to offer customers a service that we are not able to rely on.
We will look to make this available again as soon as possible, however, there are new requirements that will be in place for products leaving the UK into Europe after Brexit on 1st January 2021. Once the delivery situation is more stable, we will implement the required data in order to provide a reliable delivery service into Europe.
